From the moment we stepped off the plane all the Japanese friends have loved us!!!! And we love them. They are so cute. All the girls are giggly and i have more origami than i think will fit in my bag. We've also met a ton of Indian friends. Durban has the highest population of Hindi Indians outside of India. A lot of the women have come up to me to feel my hair...i guess curls are not very common here. lol

When Janine wore her Sari on Friday she was quite the popular girl. One Indian sister even asked to meet her on the stairs at lunch time the next day. When Janine got there the sister was there waiting for her with a Sari for a gift!!! Then she invited Janine and Andrew over to her house for dinner. The hospitality and friendliness of everyone here has been overwhelming. No words to describe it...
